Did you cut down on your water any as you got closer to goal? I find myself drinking a little less now needing to loose only 50 as when I needed to lose 100. I never gave much thought to it.

Actually i started drinking about 80 ozs a day from the beginng and it just became habit. I have a hard time getting it all in the the weekends though, mainly because i don't have much of a schedule and i'm all over the place.
I really try hard to get it in inthe winter since its still so dry here...I think aside from the diet benefits of it, water is also great for keeping your skin hydrated.Jen, 39, F

I did cut back in November/December. Figured I only needed 72 ounces as I was so close to goal and I was stalled bad--even gaining. However, somehow I started drinking more and I started losing again. Obviously, for me, 72 ounces was not enough. I'm drinking MORE now (125-150 ounces a day) than I was during most of my weight loss phase. I just can't get enough of it. I've even had some signs of dehydration this week even while drinking 125 ounces or more a day. But, I had a BIG whoosh this week, which might be the cause of the dehydration.~Joy
