I know I named the thread somehow weird, but I couldn't find a better name LOL
There's one thing I've been wondering about OWL.
I have about 20 lbs to lose.
I should start pre-maintenance when 10 lbs to goal.
This means I have to practically "run" through OWL ladder? I would like to go through all possible food groups, but I would also like to test several foods in each group. I have done this before, but never reached the highest rungs... What do you suggest me to do? Take it slowly and try several foods or go quickly to higher rungs just to see if all rungs work for me?
Also, I'm not quite sure about how exactly do I know a certain food is not for me? I mean except cravings? Does weight loss/gain tell me something or shouldn't I watch it at all? I mean, if I hit one of the "usual" stalls, how do I tell, if it is just a stall or is it the new food I added? Like I said, I've done this before but never really "got it". I want to do this right this time.
How it is practically done? I think I'm quite strong in theory, but life (especially weight-wise) isn't about theory, it's more about practice... How have you managed to find out your yes- or no-foods?
