    Almost to goal!!!!!

    Well, alot has happened since my last post...my fiance and I have moved to Florida to start a new life...and during all the hubbub.....I stayed right on track ( still at rung one) I was sooooo busy I never really got the chance to weigh myself...and when I did....I found that I'm down to 175 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's from 215 on March 26, 2007..I look soooooo different. My brother was so shocked by the way I looked that he himself has begun Atkins....and his new nickname for me is...SKINNY......He already is starting to show signs of slimming down....his double chin is very reduced ( maybe due to the initial water-weight drop...but he's sold and already feels the benefits of ketosis.) the other good news is that he has a monster of a digicam...and we're taking his befores and my afters this week....so you all actually get to see me now! I'm only 15 lbs away from my goal of 160. So I'm moving up to rung two today! So WOOHOOOO! and sorry I couldn't get in touch sooner...pics are on the way!!!!!!!!!!

      This is very good news! What a great example of making a lifestyle change. You stuck to plan, and apparantly it is second nature to you so that it was painless. You are doing so well and will continue to do so. You will be at goal before you know it. It is very exciting that your brother has hopped on the Atkins wagon. You will be a great help to him.

      I can't wait to see your pictures. (You and your brother's!)
