Okay guys, I am so confused about this level and yes, I went and bought the book and read it and am still confused.
I have been on OWL 2 weeks now and have consistantly added my extra 5 gms of "veggie carbs" everyday. I was at a plateau and starting adding the extra veggies in and since Thursday, I have lost like 2 or 3 more pounds! That part I am not confused about as the book says this will happen.
So here I am, the past 2 weeks at about 25 to 30 gms of carbs a day, up from my 20 to 22 that I was on during Induction. My question is this now: How many more weeks do I stay on this veggie rung and at what magic gram number do I stop adding carbs.
Please don't think I am dense because really I am not. I am just so confused. I have done other diets in the past like Weight Watchers where all you do is eat what you want as long as it is in within a certain points range and you left it at that. So this adding 5 a day and 9 rungs deal is a little confusing.
Also, and this is a biggie and please, no yelling or scolding, but I had a moment of weakness this past weekend where I ate something I should not have. I won't go into details but believe me, the meal I consumed was probably all my carbs for the entire week! How is it then possible that I lstill ost 2 more pounds since Thursday?
Thanks for any info you can give me.
