So that You understand what I'm talking about, I'm first posting my stats. As you can see, I've only a little bit to lose, and before you bite my head off at the target weight lemme tell you that I'm quite small, just 5 ft. and slender in build. Well, I was. Once upon a time, around 10 years or so ago I used to be at this weight and everybody then had complimented me on my hourglass figure and glowing skin.
Now that I've started OWL rung 1, I feel there is no weight loss. I haven't measured but the clothes also are not any looser than they were at the end of Induction.
I am trying to convince myself that this is normal , not the dreaded stall and weight loss will carry on at a slower pace.
