i have been reading Soooooooooooooooo much in here AND in my DANDR and i have come to the conclusion that when i move into OWL and start Adding 5 - i will find out what foods WORK WITH ME - AND WHICH DONT? im going to start Climbing The Ladder Next Week and im so Excited! i think im going to stay on each rung for a whole month, just to be safe.... so if i move into Rung 1 and start eating More Veggies and one of them doesnt agree with me (makes me GAIN weight or Crave, which i doubt a Veggie would do, but i dont know) should i NOT eat that 1 and move to a different Veggie?
