      It is nice. Thanks for getting it up. Think I need to start to add it to some post to help visualize the ladder as some people sometimes wonder what OWL is or what rung is or what the ladder is. Thanks Mirya

        Thank you! This is very helpful! I'm starting on the first rung today. Did not extend induction after reading different opinions and advice on this board. I decided to go for some varied veggies.
        I feel great about losing 6 pounds on induction. My skin looks clearer than it has in a very long time, the digestion issues I was having for the past 8 months are greatly diminished (or gone!). When I began induction I was having some other medical issues - I am currently tapering off prednisone after a severe allergic reaction last month and it's also been determined I have thyroid issues that we have to resolve also. If all goes as planned I will finish the prednisone on Thursday. Considering all that, I didn't know whether I would even lose an OUNCE much less 6 POUNDS.

        You guys are a wealth of information and I've learned a lot reading here! Thanks!
