i am moving on to the dairy rung monday! i lost another 3 pounds during the first rung of owl (veggies)!!
anyway, i am going to add cottage cheese and some goat cheese (if anyone is interested, cut up a jar of red roasted peppers, mix them with a splash of red wine vinegar, a half a packet of splenda and a little olive oil. pour over goat cheese- you'll have to eat it with endive or something instead of crackers, but it's awesome)
anyway, i wanted to add some breyers carb smart and some carb countdown chocolate milk. is this allowed? it did not stall me last time, but i wanted to ask if it is acceptable to add these things. i am determined to climb the ladder slowly and legally so that i can find my ccl- i didn't do this last time.
any advice would be helpful!!!!
