  • Kozy Shack?

I'm just wondering how legal these Kozy Shack puddings are? They are made with Splenda and taste heavenly. Unfortunately I just found out that they contain corn starch. Does this make them taboo?

I'm currently on the berries rung and still losing, as long as I don't go overboard with the fruits. I find that too much of anything sweet, splenda included, brings on the cravings. Has anyone tried these puddings?

      all I can say is:

danger! danger! danger!danger! danger! danger!danger! danger! danger!

KOZY SHACK is responsible for millions of unwanted fat on millions of americans... because it is sooooo good...

BE CAREFUL one made with splenda will lead to you wanting the ones full of sugar and ... well... JUST BE CAREFUL!!!!

IT IS SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Read the ingredients. If the ingredients are not legal for your Rung(s) then it's not legal for you at this time.

AS Megs said, it is a matter of the ingredients.
Corn becomes 'legal' on the grains rung of OWL, so you need to leave them till then.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
