I get really confused on the cups measurements and have admitted to myself that I'm not properly measuring my veg! I haven't lost anything for the past two weeks - I know that this can happen as it happened before and I will be patient but I have that nagging feeling about the veg.
Typically I may have 140-200g of lettuce and either 100g of asparagus or 200g of green beans a day.
Am I going way over?
