Birthday confession.......bah

oh dear at end of week 4 it coincided with my birthday....

came off the wagon with a bang....ah chicken vindaloo

and red red wine.......

but got straight back on the next day.........

a little stutter for week 5.......

into week 6 and ............

18 lbs gone (wifey doing good too!)
