  • Not sure what to do!

    Hi there! I have decided to move onto OWL Rung 2 on Thursday.
    I am currently adding an extra 5g veg,making carb count 25g, am i right in thinking i move up to 30g,of which 5g is Dairy...i know it sounds like i am going over the same things everyone does lol..just want to get it exactly right.
    I am also planning to add a new vegetable(Aubergine),would this be advisable if i am adding in dairy from Rung 2;wont know what stalled me if that happens.
    Or should i,after 2 weeks on OWL Rung 1 continue with it trying new veggies.

    Sorry if this all sounds confusing

    You can of course spend more time on OWL Rung 1 and experiment with different vegetables. However, what you could also do, is move to OWL Rung 2 on Thursday, introduce one OWL Rung 2 food one week, then next week introduce a new vegetable and so on. Personally, although I am officially at Rung 4, I only eat berries about one week per month. The rest of the time I get most of my carbs (around 35 out of 40) from vegetables. One is less likely to be stalled by some veggie than by fresh cheeses, milk, yogurt, nuts or berries, so I find it easier to determine my CCLL by eating mostly from the Rung 1 foods.
