Hi there! I have decided to move onto OWL Rung 2 on Thursday.
I am currently adding an extra 5g veg,making carb count 25g, am i right in thinking i move up to 30g,of which 5g is Dairy...i know it sounds like i am going over the same things everyone does lol..just want to get it exactly right.
I am also planning to add a new vegetable(Aubergine),would this be advisable if i am adding in dairy from Rung 2;wont know what stalled me if that happens.
Or should i,after 2 weeks on OWL Rung 1 continue with it trying new veggies.
Sorry if this all sounds confusing
