I am on my 7th week of Atkins. Starting OWL RUng 2 today.
For the past 2 weeks, i have not weighed myself...today i did and i happy to say i have has another 2lb loss on OWL over the last 2 weeks on Rung 1.
I am going to start weighing once a week so i no what foods effect me.
Even if i stayed the same or just a half pound a week its better than gaining.
Whats your thoughts;ioriginally set my goal to 133lbs, only 6lbs awayfrom that and i did want to set it to 126lbs....think this is possible.stats at bottom of page.
