    And I'd really like to add yogurt. I miss yogurt. I used to eat the light and lively 60 calorie ones, but they seem to have a lot of carbs.

    Does anyone have specific suggestions for lo-carb yogurts?

    The Carb Master's Yogurt made by Kroger has 80 cals, 1.5g of fat, 4 carbs and 1 g of Fiber (3 net carbs). The taste is great and I love it!

      what sweetner is used in this brand? I was eating the Dannon Diabetic Friendly 3 carb yogurt but found it was made with Equal (aspartame) so I stopped buying it.

      I've heard some say Fage Greek Yogurt is what they eat.

          You could try to make your own: How to Make Yogurt - Homemade Yogurt Recipe

          The starter will have some sugar the first time, but if you save your own from then on, it would be sugar and aspertame free.

          I miss yogurt too. Rung 1 starts tomorrow, Rung 2 date TBA.

            I found some light and lively, I got vanilla, had some this morning with some leftover grilled chicken breast- it was good.

              Weight Watchers has a brand made with Splenda and so does Blue Bunny. I do not know about the amount of carbs. JulieB:: Thanks for the homade yogurt link, I think I will try that, and look for the Fage, I am looking forward to yogurt also.

                i just have plain 3% and flavour and sweeten it myself.

                I can't stand preflavoured yogurts because they are usually really low or 0% fat and i think they taste horrible.

                  I love the Fage and use it for tandoori chicken and dips until I reach the berry rung. Then 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup berries becomes my post workout snack and my nightly dessert. Of course there are neither berries or Fage yogurt here. I cannot wait to get back to the USA and strawberry season. Mmmmm. Ten days to berries.
