My kids even love Linda's recipes. My son ate the whole green chicken enchilada's casserole up. I got one portion out of it. They did that with the cheesy bacon cabbage and chicken one too. Claiming they don't like cabbage lol. My other son loves the cauliflower pizza. It helps to not have to cook seperate meals at times when you don't have time. I love to throw meat on the grill and add a veggie too, but sometimes i just need the comfort and ease of a casserole.
