... so here's an update. I decided to move to OWL because I only have around 15 pounds to loose. I've added veggies for the past week and I'm still loosing a pound every 1 to 2 days. I have also added exercise to the mix. I'm walking/jogging for 30-45min a day. In my neighborhood I'm going up and down some pretty big hills. I do this 3 times a week and bike at least 2 other days in the same area. I'm having a little trouble with energy during these activities. In the past I'd have some OJ when I needed some energy. Oh well.
In any case, I plan to move on to rung 2 starting tomorrow. And of course ... I'm still drinking tons of water.
