I want to start the fruit rung. I'm too afraid my weight loss will slow way down and i have already been losing very slowly - like a lb every two weeks or so. I wanted to be down by 140 lbs before I started fruit and currently at 145... I've been perfectly fine hanging around in rung 1. I skipped the dairy. Don't really need a lot of cheese or cream and want to skip the nuts considering I never eat them or desire them anyways. So what's the best way to go about this and still continue to lose?
typical daily menu for myself:
Morning: 2 eggs, 1/2 Cup Pork Sausage, 1 oz. cheese
Lunch: 2 CUps of green, hard boiled egg, bacon, 1 cup broccoli, 2 tbs. ranch
Dinner: a cut of meat, 1/2 cups of green beans sauteed in butter and 2 strips of bacon(= 5 net carbs)
been between 20- 25 net carbs... losing VERY slowly.
So... my question... should i Start out eating 1-2 strawberries with some whip cream... a few times a week?
