    Can you post a menu (I know we tried it before) of what you are actually eating just today. Include measurements and everything you are drinking as well. Are you doing anything different - new exercise , new supplements, medication, stress?
    Hang in there - from experience I can tell you that they will come off again - even if it is frustrating when you see a up. It is fluctuation we go through it. Sometimes i think I may be effected by the phases of the moon (and I am not kidding )

      You are not going to see a reaction on the scale every day or even every week. You have to stick to this long enough for a change to take place. Put the scale in a spare bedroom. Leave it alone. Back to the question I asked before: Did you add a new food or foods before the weight started to creep up?
