Remember, Atkins isn't a "calories in/calories out" way of eating.
At your weight I would suggest around 1880 calories ... using the "rule of thumb" of 10-12 times your current body weight ... it works for many.
Another way to tell might be to eat 250 calories above your BMR.
Using an "online calorie counter" won't really work for Atkins.

I would hate to have to drop them as a veggie, especially with butter or a cheese sauce on them.
