  • Is this bad?

    I made:

    1) Oopsie Rolls, but made them with a half packet of Splenda more and a dash of cinnamon and about half-dollar size, then

    2) I made whipped cream with 2 oz heavy cream, 1 packet of Splenda and a small cap full of (very expensive) pure vanilla extract.

    And, you guessed it, I spread a bit of the whipped cream on top of the sweetend oopsie roll and ... YUMMMMM!!

    It was so good I jusk KNOW it's bad ... or is it?

      Assuming you are meaning 'bad' in the oldfashioned way (not as meaning good as most teens here use the word ) then it could be bad for you if
      1. you are overeating
      2. it gives you cravings for more sweet foods

      So you will need to decide if it was 'bad' for you.

        It it is so good that it has to be bad?

        That sounds perfectly fine - but yes depends on portion

          you took a legal recipe that makes 6 sevings and made them even smaller so you are getting less carbs and less of your daily cheese and sweetner alotment.

          then you made legal whipped cream and used only a portion to make a yummy ingredients legal food.

          the only way it would be bad was if you were not hungry and just ate it cause you wanted it.

            Comes down to how many did you eat? If you made them smaller but snacked on a bunch of them then yeah it was probably bad. If they were so good they made you want to eat more and more of them, then they were probably bad.

            If you ate a small serving of them, enjoyed it and moved on. Then they were good

              Hello all that replied!

              I made them using the legal/posted amounts.

              I only ate 2 since I seem to have pretty good will power against sweets.

              Thank you all for reading and taking the time to respond to my post(s). It really helps to have a community to 'talk' to!

                  Husband let dog in while I was still at work.

                  Dog ate the remainder of my rolls.

                      Yeah. I couldn't be mad at him. He's just too cute. So's the dog!

                      My dog is allergic to Wheat, beef, chicken, pretty much everything - also Dairy. I'll see tonight what kind of reaction he had to these. Course, it's been a while since he'd been exposed to dairy, it might not effect him at all!

                      In any case, I thought it was just too funny not to share!
