  • should i stay or should i go?

    Sunday will be the last day for my induction. As i have quite alot more to lose- about 40lbs- should i stay on induction or should i progess to OWL?
    ]good things come to those who wait...

    It takes time to learn what foods trigger you and what you can tolerate as you go through OWL. I vote move on. Plus, many people find they even get a weightloss boost when they move into OWL.

      I second the suggestion to move to OWL.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
      Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        read your DANDR chapter 12 and 13 and asnswer the questions.

        You could always try just adding rung one and seeing how you feel with the better nutrtion of the more veggies.
        Make sure you are taking measurements cause right after our initial weight loss our bodies undergo a scale weight loss hesitation period as it adjusts to the smaller size and the collapsing inward it is doing. But the tape measure will show you inches of body fat being burned off even when the scals say no change.
