First day on OWL!

  • First day on OWL!

    Finished up my induction 20lbs lighter and have moved over because last time I never moved on, and fell off the wagon. Not this time!
    have started to get loads of compliments about weight loss, followed by the usual, "ooh Atkins, isnt that all red meat?" Spend too much time trying to explain the plan to people but alot of people just think its all about meat and fat and dont bother to listen to what happens on the plan. But Anyway, not bothered!
    Goal for today is to watch my water intake. I may have slipped up on this last few days.-not enough. Change that today. Lunch is going to be an oopsie turkey sandwich with iceburg lettuce and some olives. And dinner.... probably a chicken stir fry x

      Don't forget to update your Atkins phase to OWL rung 1 now!!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
