I had recently decided to move along through atkins and while Im still noticing "mild" loss, I have noticed that I am no longer in Ketosis! Does this matter? I have been watching net carbs and such and not going over board on the carbs whatsoever...so is this ok to not show a trace on sticks? Maybe once a day I will show medium trace and than it seems to fade out...could be from water, or just more veggie and berrie intake?
