I just began OWL rung 1 yesterday. I added 2 oz of baby carrots to up my carbs. I also ate 3 hardboiled eggs with 1 tb mayo and 1/2 cup loose packed spinach. I ate 8 oz of grilled steak without any condiments. I ate 4 oz of grilled pork chop and 1 really large cucumber and 2 oz of swiss cheese with less than 1 carb per oz. I drank all my water and got lots of exercise. I bowled 2 games, did a lot of heavy duty gardening with a post hole digger, etc. and played basketball for half an hour.
I woke up 1.5 lbs heavier and ketosis went from large amount to trace.
What did I do wrong?
