  • Moving back onto OWL tomorrow

I was going to wait until Thursday to move back to OWL. But I went from 137 to 133 in a week. Since I am very close to my goal, although I won't know until I get there, I decided that it's best to move on again.

My focus will be RUNG 1 since I am adament that if I eat the right amount of vegetables and build that foundation I will be successful. Plus I need to learn to do maintenance soon since I am sooo close.

I made it to my first goal of 133, I think next will be 129 and 125 will be goal. That's 9 lbs over the underweight limit on the BMI calculator.

Sounds like a good plan to me
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

That is so great that you are so close to goal and learning to eat maintenance style. Do you have any idea what your CCLL is?

I lost all my weight a few years ago, but I stayed on induction the whole time (super dumb) so I had no idea what my CCLL was and gained it all back. Ugh.
                149.8/no weigh/ 119

                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)
