Need some advice from experienced folks

    This is a different brand then what I have...It is a smaller slice and a different brand...All of the nutrition info on the label is different than what you looked up....but thanks for taking the time to look something up for me. I appreciate your help. ...I agree, yes I do need to be more careful

      I just wanted to say that I looked at your pics and you are looking WAY FINE!!! You have come SO far already!!! I can certainly understand your discouragement. I did pretty well last year and then I stopped (wedding, honeymoon, holidays, blah blah blah). Now it's just not coming off at all. :no

      Keep doing what you're doing. Not2Late has given some wonderful advice. She has great ideas on how to do OWL to figure out your CCLL.

      You have come this far. You are almost half way!! HANG IN!!!

        i love my spaghetti squash way too much.

        but how about this? how about I add 200 carbs and work my way backwards from that to find my ccl?

            Thanks so much for your encouragement..It really is what I need right now.....I keep wanting to run back to induction, but I am going to just tough this out and start back at rung 2 since I never seemed to have any trouble with the extra veggies...In fact I really have a hard time stuffing down so many. I eat salads like there is not tomorrow and lots of raw veggies..I don;t know how much more I could handle lol.

            ........Sometimes I just get so tired of counting these damn carbs.....ugh......But Rome wasn't buit in a day....nor was it built in a mere 4 months (the amount of time it has taken me to get to my current weight of 179)

              well you don't have to eat your veggies as salad you can make soup you can purree roasted peppers and make a sauce you can make a marinara sauce you can make spinache cheese stuffing and many many other things from those veggies to reduce the volume. I love spinach pesto sauce andon rung 3 you can add the nuts to the sauce but in induction and OWL 1 and 2 just use a walnut oil mixed with the olive when making it for the nut taste.

                  Hi everyone...I just wanted to update you with some happy news.....FINALLY I had a 2 pound weight loss after over a month of nothing happening.....Thank God! Thanks for all of your support and encouragement!
