    Happy happy happy

    I had a wonderfull surprise yesterday.. My husband (The man you can not notice i dyed my hair from dark red to sunshine blonde ) Told me i had lost alot of weight. Now that is the proof that this diete is working. Well people i dare to dream a bikini in july.. Oh yea for my mid July vacations i want a bikini. For once in my life i will go around in a bikini.. Well i dare to dream about it.. All my love handles are melting away. And my jeans are loose.. loose i tell ya.. It has been a long time i have not dared to dream of bikini land.. My horse will also be happy.. less weight on his back.. okay only 4 pounds but hey looks like 10 to me...




    It was a little bitty tini winny yellow pokadot bikini....... :icondance :dancingb: :joy :dancingb: :joy :dancingb:

        woooo Johari Your looking great... No prob.. I have bought bikini's ahead of time but how can a gal say no to shopping... lets shop till we drop... I was amazed I heard rumers that on the atkins plan i was going to get soft and pudgy.. NOT TRUE... alot of muscle are building and my skin is really tightning on my stomac. I use to weight 198 at 16 years old and lost weight the bad way.. my skin just went real yukky but hey this is fixing it all why i do not know but hey im looking better and better. and the energy is incredible......
