    Hello all,

    I am on my 4th day of atkins. I feel like I am doing a Pretty good Job eating per the Induction guidelines but maybe you Pros could give me Pointers?

    Breakfast:

    2 eggs
    Splash cream
    2 muchrooms chopped
    teaspoon chopped Garlic
    1/4 C Shredded Mozz Cheese
    3 Sausages
    Decaf tea w/splash creamer and splenda

    Lunch:

    3 Halves of Deviled eggs
    2 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese


    Later:

    Wendy's Bacon Jr Cheeseburger w/o bun
    1 can Fresca

    Dinner:

    Grilled Chicken Breast 1/2
    worsteshire sauce 3-4 shakes
    Mixed Greens 2 cups
    4 slices Cukumber
    2 grape tomatos
    5 olives
    Oil/Vinegar Dressing
    8 oz Ice water

    Snack:

    a Cheesehead string cheese

    I also Drank 1 litre of Waterbaottle I carried all day.

    BOY....I eat alot. And I still want SWEETS...real bad

    Looks fine to me - except the 'creamer' might have added sugar and hydrogenated fats in it - check the ingredients to make sure it is OK.

    Water looks a bit low if you only emptied that one-litre bottle once! We need to drink 64 ounces plus another 8 ounces for every 25 pounds we want to lose.

    As long as you are eating when hungry and untill you are no longer hungry, and not eating more because you have put the food on your plate or because you have 'spare' carbs in your budget, and only eating from the allowed list then you are doing well!

      Looks like you might be having a bit too much cheese. If you experience a mini-stall or anything...that should probably be the first thing to go for a bit. Otherwise, looks pretty good.
