I am slightly frustrated because before I decided to rejoin Adkins, my goal was to give up pork and red meat. I have been clean for 2 months...but I wanted to make sure that I did not get bored with chix, fish, and turkey... because I do love a great steak! But I think I am going to try and get rid of the pork again, since I only eat bacon and sausage...going back to turkey bacon tomorrow. But here is my menu...
Breakfast:
3 hard boiled eggs
4 slices of bacon
Lunch:
Hamburger patty
mustard
1 slice Amer. Cheese
Wrapped in Lettuce
3 boiled eggs
Snack:
4 olives
4 thin sliced turkey
2 pepperoni slices
Dinner:
Eggplant Parmesan (that I got from an induction recipe tomatoe sauce has 4 grams of carb)
1 small chix breast
1/2 cup salad
1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
100 fl. oz of water
although I have not done this yet... I am guessing that it is not ok to use such water enhancers as Crystal Light?
