The morning went a little awry because my husband made me breakfast and he didn't know what I had already planned on making. So I rearranged it a bit. Here it goes
Breakfast
3 Eggs scrambled in olive oil
the next ingredients were fried in 1/2 tbsp butter
5 Slices Deli Cajun Turkey Boars Head
1/3 oz of chedder cheese
1/4 cup spinach
2 Huge glasses of water, about 10 oz each.
Next I am planning on having a cup of Irish Tea with watered down cream and one splenda.
We have to go out in a little, but for lunch I am going to cook up about a dozen hamburger patties on the George Forman.
Snack
The plan was to have an oz of cheese, I only got two bites as my daughter knocked it on the floor, so I will have to get another chunk
So for lunch I plan on having a couple of hamburger patties with about a cup of romaine lettuce and 1/4 cup of spinach and mayo or ken's cesaer dressing.
then as another snack I am going to have a stalk of celery with cream cheese on it.
For dinner I will either have more hamburger or I will have chicken, haven't decided. Though I've got some frozen tuna I need to cook, I might marinate that in some soy sauce and lemon juice with a bit of garlic and have a cup of brocolli and cauliflower.
I thought if I put my planned menu up here, you guys could give me some pointers before I actually put the food in my mouth. Today is my first day on Induction and this is also a rerestart. The first go-round I did it with my mom who became an expert in the matter of days and she was a great support. She's not helping me this time and so it is a little scary. But I am glad I am able to post on this board for help
