hey everyone, i've lurked around this board looking for inspiration for a long time now and finally decided to start this new wol on the 6th of march..i've followed it pretty good but not exactly right by the book...i absolutely hate veggies except corn and i don't know if i should eat corn as part of my 20 carbs a day...i think i need a new scale, one time i step on it and it says i'm down 3lbs so i'm like 'okay this wol really works' but then the next morning it says i'm back to starting point and that gets me down....i just want to know what could be stalling me to not lose ANY weight...i used to eat about close to 200-300 carbs a day, probably alot more not to sure, but all i know is if i open a bag of doritos and sit down, i wouldn't get up til it was empty....so even if i don't follow it exactly by the book but still eat 20 or less carbs a day shouldn't i still lose some weight even if those few carbs dont come from veggies???? i also walk about 20 mins every morning(not much but atleast i'm getting up and out before work) then i work all day, walk around the whole 5-6 hrs i'm there, can't remember when the last time I sat down was,lol, then i come home and do 10 pushups 10 situps some arm lifts and ride the inside bike for about 30 mins....i drink atleast 48oz of water a day usually but occasionaly i throw in a dt. sunkist or two(trying to break that habit cause i know it can be slowing e down...
right now i'm eating skinless boneless southwestern chicken breast strips for supper with a little salt and pepper(would the s&p stall me that much to where i wouldn't lose any)the chicken is oscar mayer and it's fully cooked already and packaged, so it's an easy food to make fast which is why i love it... here are the nutrition facts

plz let me know what of all this is slowing me down.....i'm a really pickey eater so this diet is kinda boring but i still believe in it and i'm starting to love the whole exercise thing....sorry for going on and on but i just want to stay with this and need some advice so i don't give up....thanks alot for all your help....
