Here's my menu from yesterday

  • Here's my menu from yesterday

    Breakfast
    Mushroom omelette (2 eggs, 1/2 cup of mushrooms and a 1oz slice of swiss cheese on top)

    Lunch
    Tuna salad (2tbs of mayo, 4 oz of tuna, 1 cup of iceberg lettuce and 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes)

    Supper
    6oz broiled salmon and 3 spears of asparagus, sauteed in 1tbs of olive oil.

    Snacks
    1/2 an avocado (I only indulge every few days and it hasn't changed my weight loss)
    1oz slice of cheddar cheese

    Beverages
    Tons of water (4 bottles of 591ml) and an 8oz cup of unsweetened black tea with breakfast.
    Starting Weight- 200lbs

    Mini goals
    190- Met! May 2/08
    180- Met! June 25/08
    170- Met! August 12/08
    160- Met! October 6/08
    150- Met! April 25/09

    I am in Canada too. Saskatchewan.
    You are in induction I take it.
    I thought you menu looked really good.
    Have an avocado is allowed!!!

      I'm in Alberta, so we're neighbors!
      Yep, I'm on day 11 of induction and so far, so good. I'm feeling much better. It's hard to resist the urge to weigh myself every day though...lol!
      Thanks for reviewing my menu. How long have you been doing Atkins?

        My husband is from Lethbridge. I been on Atkins since November. It has been wonderful to feel good and lose weight. I have a scale phobia so I have to force schedule weighing myself.
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"
