  • please review my menu...too much protein???

    can someone please review my menu and tell me if i have too much protein in my diet? I already know that I don't have enough of the higher-carb vegees because I love salads and i eat a lot of lettuce (which i'm trying to look at and see what i can do different there...)

    but i want to know if i'm eating too much protein? the link to my menu is in my signature. thanks!!

    Try to log it into Fitday and find out what the percentages are. Not knowing how big your portions are there are no way to tell how much you are getting.

    Did look like you were eating too much cheese.
