8.30Am 3 Slices of bacon Diced and Fried in no oil, 200Ml of egg whites (10-15 Egg whites), 30 Grams crushed Natural Tomato.
2.30Pm Same as breakfast
7.30pm Either 2 Chicken Breasts (400Grms) . Or 2 Steaks (500grms)
With egg whites and Tuna and Tomato
3 Litres of water a day
Loads of walking (3-5 Kilometers a day)
And 1.5 Hours of gym
