please review my menu..
Breakfast:
2 Eggs with 1/2 chopped green onion + 2 green pepers +2 1/4 chopped tomato + a medium slice of Chedder cheese
1 Black cofee
Lunch:
Grilled Chicken + green veggie soup
* sometimes when Im dieing for something sweet.. I have one Pepsi diet or Sprit Zero
Dinner:
1 can of Light tuna with lettuce n' mayoo
This would be the regular menu of the induction phase.. Dinner might change to 2 slices of turkey n' some cheese.. but that's about it !!
If i went out to chilis maybe i order Steak with veggies..
the problem is .. I can't cook wutsoever.. and If i did.. most of the ingrideants that the people write in the recipies I can't find in Egypt ..Or maybe i'm terrible at that
.. we also dont have heavy cream.. not that I know of.. so.. I tend to sometimes use skimmed milk !!
