    please review my menu..


    Breakfast:

    2 Eggs with 1/2 chopped green onion + 2 green pepers +2 1/4 chopped tomato + a medium slice of Chedder cheese

    1 Black cofee

    Lunch:

    Grilled Chicken + green veggie soup

    * sometimes when Im dieing for something sweet.. I have one Pepsi diet or Sprit Zero


    Dinner:

    1 can of Light tuna with lettuce n' mayoo


    This would be the regular menu of the induction phase.. Dinner might change to 2 slices of turkey n' some cheese.. but that's about it !!
    If i went out to chilis maybe i order Steak with veggies..
    the problem is .. I can't cook wutsoever.. and If i did.. most of the ingrideants that the people write in the recipies I can't find in Egypt ..Or maybe i'm terrible at that .. we also dont have heavy cream.. not that I know of.. so.. I tend to sometimes use skimmed milk !!

    That looks like way to much veggies for induction. You should only have one cup of "other veggie" I think 2 1/4 chopped tomato would be a lot of carb

    Not sure what green veggie soup is - what is in it ? Sounds good.

    What do you skim milk with?

      Sry I meant only 1/4 tomato
      THe soup has brocoli (1/4 cup) + Marrow and you add to it lemons and smthn like chicken soup + all the herbs you need to spice it's tast as much as u want.. =)

      I add skimmed milk to decaf cofee...

      I've been PMSing for a couple of days, and needed something sweet, so I made induction friendly cheese cake .. and it was fine.. n' my weight didnt get affected.. however.. today.. i woke up.. n' it's up 1/4 kilo !! .. Im gonna get insane !! seriously..
      Maybe i'll try to go on STRICT Atkins again after pms..

        You should not weigh yourself right now sweetie. Wait till it is all over. There will be so much fluctations.
        Induction free cheese cake - a great choice for your "problem" For me induction was a breeze with it (and I lost fine)

        That soup sounds good. Marrow? You are lucky. It is not like I can go and buy it in the store here easily. But I would love to.

          well i'd Like to tell u how I did my cheesecake.. I didnt get the recipe from somewhere I actually made it up

          2 eggs ( medium sized)
          1 cup (4 oz) of President Cream Cheese
          1/2 cup whipping cream
          equivilent to 1/2 a cup of Splenda but some sweetner i found that had no ASpartam
          1/4 tea spoon flour just to make it pop up (that way four doesn't even count )
          1/4 cup of skimmed yogart
          sprinkle of cooking Vanillia
          sprinkle of Lime juice

          MIx all together till kind of thick liquid
          Butter up a non sticking pan and pour the liquid in it
          Put in oven on 350 for about 45 mins
          get it out and stick a fork in the center, if the fork came out clean, it's done
          It will be soooo thin and sOOO light
          I used a sprinkle of hershy's strawberry syrup, and spread it over the whole thing, sO it's not really a big deal.. some parts didn't get any syrup cuz it was soo little it's not even noticable

          ENJOY !!

          The other thing is, I dunno why Today my weight went up, although the first two days It was steady !! .. I dont eat much cuz when pmsing I dunt normally eat alot I AM SOO FRUSTRATED !!! .. REALLY !! .. =( What should I do !!

          YOu can just have a regular soup without the marrow, just the brocoli
          pour some water and chicken gravy cube ( I dunno wut its named in the US )
          put some herbs n' salt
          2 lemons, one when it's boiling and the other when you pour it in ur plate
          Add some brocoli
          and ENJOY !!

          I had cheese bites with marinara dip sauce for dinner yesterday.. it was SOOO good !!
