I had planned to start induction this weekend, but just wasn't ready psychologically or pantry-wise. I start on Monday. I still need to get to the grocery, but here is what I have planned:
Breakfast: Two hardboiled eggs and 1 cup coffee with heavy cream & splenda
Lunch: Canned chicken with mayo and 1/4 cup diced celery, over 1 c. lettuce
Snack at some point: smoked salmon & cream cheese
Dinner: Swordfish and 1/2 fresh artichoke steamed, dipped in a mayo/lemon juice blend; salad.
Lots of water. I'm looking froward to a great day!
