Today is my one week since starting Atkins and I have only lost 3 pds, I continue to go up and down a pd. I was lower on Wednesday morning than I was today, I am so upset
For my meals yesterday
I had two egg omelet with 1 oz pepper jack cheese and and fried in 1 tbs butter
Lunch
I had one egg, three pieces of bacon, 2 cups of lettuce and 4 tbs of ranch dressing
Snack
2 deviled eggs
Dinner
WAS SO GOOD
I had chicken that I used two eggs and a half a cup of parmesan cheese (was for 4 people) and fried chicken up in butter and 1 cup of broccoli.
I am 5ft8 now weighing 189 pds and I am so discouraged I have the books I am reading them and I am doing exactly as they say, and drinking tons of water...helppppppp
