

I've been doing this since Nov. 2005. My start weight was 279 and I'm down to 238. Sometimes I don't think I can tell a difference until I look at the pictures that I try to take monthly. I work out twice a day. We have a great facility at my work so I usually do about 3 miles there, plus abs. After work, I go to curves to do circuit training.
