Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

12/28/09 ~ 235.1
01/04/10 ~ 229.0
01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
(Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

what you have lost is more than half what I weigh that is too awesome!!!!this way of eating is astounding in that look at how the tummy just vanishes!!! that was what I think will keep me eating this way forever ..flat tummies and wonderful food it is absolutely amazing!!!Comment
