    The 50 Pounder Club....Finally!!

    Got up this weekend, hadn't checked out the scales for a week or so, hopped on......oh baby.......245!!!!

    Got to work, and did the same thing on the scales there, it actually read, lower!!

    I love the program!! When we went to the store, I picked up a 50 pound bag of dog food, wow, I thought......dude, you lost this much weight!!

    Life is good!!

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Thank you everybody! I couldn't have done it so successfully without this board! I love coming here!!Reading posts, offering help, especially to the newbies just getting started, I hope they can look at me and say, wow....I can do that!!
