                  Sarah you look amazing! What a progress!!! In one of the pictures I noticed you are wearing Sobey's t-shirt. I am in Canada too. I wanted to ask you where you buy your vitamins. If you could please tell me, I will really appreciate it.

                      Hi Sarah, I'm sure I told you this before but just in case here it goes again to make sure you know.

                      I did look at your series of pictures (progress) when I first came across this site. I was considering doing Atkins again after having my baby. I was feeling so depressed, fat and helpless. I browsing through some posts but when I saw your pics and your accomplishments with Atkins, that's when I made the decision to start. I couldn't believe my eyes, seriously. WOW!

                      Thanks for indirectly being the person who inspired me to give it another shot. This time though, I know the weight will stay off forever.
