Monroe, I hope you find the weight loss as quick and painless as I have. I'm sure if you follow the plan you won't have too long to wait. Most of my old pants are too big for me, my shirts are starting to look pretty silly too but by tucking them in I can get some more life out of them. I'm putting off buying many new things for as long as possible in order to save money, but i think pretty soon It's going to be shirt shopping time.

I must confess Grant.....I ENVY YOU!!!!

but its a step in the right way.....

Before I was injured, I was doin my thang on Atkins and was down
to 270. (OH WHAT A FEELING)

It's been about 6 month.....ITS TIME!!!!

Time for a new beginning BACK TO ATKINS

I'll need all of your help to get me back to your size and beyond..
