Well ya'll,I started atkins on 4/16/07 and I have lost exactly 20 pounds and last Thursday I find out Im pregnant!Aint that crazy?So,I guess I will see ya'll in about 9 months.Thanks for yalls support.

you can still do Atkins. you'll be doing the maintance phase. just stroll on over to the pregancy forum and get ideas on how to proceed from this point.
