          Thanks so much to everyone!!!

jimmie 48... I have the pink shirt and it is very lose. I wish I had kept the pants. I tossed them because I didn't want to look at them anymore, so I have nothing to hold up to my skinny body once I get it...lol. I can keep the ones I have now though... that will work.

It is nice seeing a picture where I actually have a neck!

Re: I'm Melting Away... One Pound At A Time!

I updated my pictures. I have to keep looking at them to remind myself of where I was. It is amazing how easy it is to forget what it felt like at my top weight. I have been in a lull... gaining and losing in the range of 10 lbs of where I ended last year. It is time to get in control again so I can take another set of pictures.

Re: I'm Melting Away... One Pound At A Time!

My friend made a great suggestion regarding photo journaling. She said o wear the same thing each time you have a pic done. So I have decided mine is going to be that black bikini I have cause it shows more definition that my baggy frumpy clothes. But I do suggest the idea of wearing the same thing each time so you can also see more clearly the results.

(off topic) i have also noticed the majority of my weight loss is showing on the upper sides of my abdomen. It looks awful cause it looks like someone punch me in the gut and it didn't pop back into place.
