    hi this is me in 258 pounds





    i really hate this photo!!!

    Hey guys there are some new photos my weight loss is slower(a little lazy for excersises ) but i think there is a progress. so i wait for your comments



    this is a candid photo( i love this one because i dont pose) man, i miss all the candid photos in this times you erase the not so pretty, but very fun photos.

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
