    3 months, 30 lbs gone! 240 to 208

    Beware my befores. The face shots are quite scary but I thought it added effect, lol.

    Before around beginning of feb 08 in my largest pants (22's) and a shirt I bought too small because I knew id get into it.






    face shots: I cant look at these without laughing, lol





    And here are some of my during now. 3 months down and 30 lbs lost:
    (same pants as if first pic, same shirt as well)




    Well, not QUITE as scary as last time. Still working on it though!

    240 to 208 size 22/24 to a loose 18 (because of my huge belly!!!)

            Amazing....this is my inspiration to start again....you look sooooo much younger in the 2nd set of face shots, you look beautiful....Congrats on your success so far....Can't wait until I get around to kicking my butt into gear and getting in shape....

                  Well done! You can totally see a big difference, especially in your midsection and face shots, you do look much younger.
