  • The Begginning of a New Life

    Hi,
Today I decided to take control of my life. I have been isolating myself from society and my friends because I am so ashamed of how I have let myself go.

Today, I declare that I will be an amazing, awesome, beautiful, and fun person again. My weight will no longer control my life.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
Right now, I don't see myself as a beautiful woman. I am making this transition for me, and me only.

    Welcome, and congrats.

It's a long journey, and the road to acceptance is one of the hardest I've ever been on. A daily struggle.

You'll find so much support here.

    Regards,
    Shelley

Welcome Alilsexy! Nice to have you on board.
I love your declaration... and that you are doing this for you and you only.

Ask questions, post lots and use the board for all it offers, which is a great deal. Very soon, if you follow the programme to a "T", you'll find you're no longer ashamed of your body. Indeed, in a while, you'll be proud!

      Happy losing!

PS... are you going to post any pics? If not, and if you like, I can move this thread to the Spotlight forum.
