In the beginning...

I started Atkins on January 2nd...I've been doing well so far. I haven't bothered with the scale yet; I feel better though! This is round two of Atkins for me...last time I didn't really document my weight loss very well. This time I am making sure! These are all before pictures...time span is varied, but all recent. All at or around 238lbs. I am 5'3" and 19 years old.



This is my roommate Brandy (Mother Nature) and I (Medusa) on Halloween.
