    5'6" pictures??? 160lbs, 150lbs, 140lbs, 130lbs?

    Lets get an idea what we can look like.. I am 180 now but looking toward the future!!! thanks

            You're all doing such a great job!

            Not to rain on a parade or burst any bubbles or be a fun-sucker...but I'm a realist sometimes and all those happen. I find it very difficult to not compare myself to another and their weight loss...or if they're having more fun than I am (I feel so old sometimes), but the reality is we'll be who we are when we get there...whereever your "there" may be.

            So...in my small opinion and personal goal that I'll share with you (because I feel obligated to as a member and supporter of ADBB and Dr. Atkins)...enjoy comparing who you were to who you are now. Celebrate how far you've come and get ready to celebrate how far you will come when you reach your goal!

              yea I get it but it is encouraging to see what a smaller weight looks like.. sometimes we think we have to be 130 to look good then we see someone at 150 that looks hot and we say.. hey it is not that far off

                        Hi all, i found this site and did it and while it really didn't do anything for me -- eh lol and i didn't like its connected with facebook, but some may enjoy it
