          Actually I read in a newspaper this weekend how two UK celebrities have spoken up against the cult of extreme thin-ness. About time..... Kate Winslet and Dido have both said enough is enough. I am sick and tired of celebrities being feted for being virtually skin and bone when to my mind they look like they are on the point of death.

          For myself I know that the goal weight I have set myself is heavier than I should be by rights but it is a weight I can live with. I have no intention of ever being skinny but being slimmer and healthier with less need for medication sounds like a reasonable way to live for me.

            I agree that skin and bones is not attractive. But a toned, muscular slim healthy body surely is!!

              I had no intention of bein skinny either.

              But I LOVE that it happened, and that I can EAT EAT EAT and love my menu. Atkins is the daggone BOMB, for life babe.
